The Heart of Co-creation
Intent and co-creation
“A future event causes a photon to decide its past.” Professor Andrew Truscott
In my previous post, Magnetic Intent, I described the experience of being anchored into the iron jet stream of the earth via the concentration of magnetite in the ethmoid bone. The term “anchored” came from one of the participants in a Gaian Alchemy Retreat and it describes perfectly how it feels to work with intent. The function of double helix vortex energy in the heart was also revealed in that session, although its taken me a while to unpack it. This is the resonant energy source for co-creation or power sharing with the Wisdom Goddess.
One of the exercises on the retreat was a mini-group project, to discover the plant that the Great Mother had designated to be our ‘teacher’ and to learn something about it through the perception of inner space and the true imagination. The various steps of the process involved forming the intention to find the plant, locating it, agreeing with the rest of the group that it was ‘the plant’ and then discovering what it had to share.
The prelude to the ‘plant project’ was an individual exercise on working with intent. In the intention exercise, three participants reported strong heart surges and expansion, a lurching feeling that can almost knock you off-balance. Intent IS co-creation with our Divine Mother and you first feel it when the power surge of Her great wave moves through you, after that you track to it by following your nose. It can also be described as a spiritual awakening, enlightenment, epiphany or even a shamanic initiation. I’m calling it the Power SWitch and the enemies of life want it switched off.
Due to the lucidity of the supreme living intelligence of the planet and the extreme conditions of the current times, what was previously a rare experience, requiring years of dedication, is now almost commonplace. The planetary life-force is getting a huge boost from multiple sources and gate-crashing human consciousness, with only the slightest sniff of an invitation. She wants to play and She loves it when we learn through light-hearted, playful experimentation. Co-creation is a superlative problem-solving tool, but how does it work?
Dancing with Dionysus
The day after the intention exercise, we walked out of the woods and into the big field and right there, smack in front of us, was this beauty:
We have never seen a plant like that before here and it wasn’t there the day before. We didn’t know what it was, but we knew it was our ‘teacher plant’ and that we were all going to play this game.
None of us recognized the plant and we each spent time with it using our ordinary senses, our imagination and the felt-sense of inner space. At the end of the week we compared notes. We identified it as a type of fennel, by tasting the flowers and as a hermaphrodite, with an attractive character (because of the many different types of insects on it by looking at it. By using our imaginations to tune into innerspace and we sensed it to be balancing plant, that acted like a beacon to call in pleasure and harmony. We also determined that it worked on the pancreas and helped with diabetes and digestive issues. The plant is Ferula communis, Giant Fennel, which is quite distinct from culinary fennel, although also a member of the Apiaceae or Umbelliferae family and it certainly had a lot to share.
Ferula- Giant fennel. The classical Latin name. The word also means the rod used to chastise schoolboys and slaves for minor offences. The giant fennel has tall sticklike stems with a slow-burning pith which enabled Prometheus to bring fire to mankind from heaven.

In ancient Greece, the giant fennel was known as narthex. It is described in mythology as the plant Prometheus used to bring fire secretly from Hephaistos’ forge to humans because, when set on fire, its dry stem pith will smoulder for a long time. The raving Maenads and the other attendants of Dionysos (Bacchus to the Romans), the god of wine and vine, ecstatic trance, pleasure and fertility, are often depicted as carrying a festive staff, called a thrysos, made of narthex and decorated with ivy with a pine cone on the top. Twice-born Dionysos, is a potent reminder of the notion of regeneration and transmutation in your current life:
“People who believe they will die first and then rise up are mistaken. If they do not first receive resurrection while they are alive, once they have died they will receive nothing”
Gospel of Philip 73:1-5.
Narthex also describes an annex to a church, a sort of side-room or porch, used in medieval times for penitents or catechumens, who were required to listen to the service in preparation for baptism. The early catholic church had to copy some the initiation rites of the pagan mysteries, in order to simulate divine origins for its agenda. It seems quite possible that the area of the church allocated to heathens was named after the plant used as the sceptre and symbol of their raucous revels.
In Morocco it is known as fessoukh and has been associated with magic and sorcery. Fessoukh means that “which undoes spells (magically)”. It is frequently used in ritual or magic fumigation and in sorcery and counter-sorcery. Fumigation is believed to ward off the “evil spirits”. The roots are also used, especially in a preparation used for hair care.

The exercise was a great success in that the group was able to identify out some specific details regarding the specific properties of the giant fennel. However, when you look at what the Wisdom Goddess was showing us, through Her selection of this particular plant out of all the possibilities available to Her, it is truly mind-blowing. How did our PAM know that we were hanging out with Dionysus? Did She send him to us? Did we call him in? Or were we dancing to a song not yet sung?
Or was this co-creation? Co-creation happens outside of linear time, as a memory can come from the past or the future to shape the present. The evidence of this was a 7ft high plant growing overnight – smack bang in the middle of our usual path. It was impossible not to notice it, however, what if our giant fennel was already growing when Sophia planted the plant project seed-intention in my mind? This is how I began to recognize co-creation at play, by questioning the directional flow of time between intention and observable result. Was it even my intention? Where did the impulse to set that intention originate? And suddenly, the flood gates opened. (See: Killing Time with the Quantum Pixies)
Heart Times Ahead
So, how is the heart involved in co-creation and what does it have to do with time?
Since living here, my entry points into time have been guided by my love affair with this land and my desire to discover the stories of the rocks, trees and rivers and the people who lived here. I thought I was looking into the distant past, but I now have the strange feeling of being pulled from the future.
On the first day of this Danu shift, I woke up with a pounding heart and three clear thoughts in my mind:
Adolf Hitler’s last recorded words to Heinz Linge, his personal aide as he conceded the defeat of Germany were: “To break up and scatter to the West.” And when Linge asked, “For whom should we fight now?” Hitler replied, “For the coming man.”
Rudolf Steiner’s concept of the ‘Etherization of the Blood’.
The Gnostic text: “When Pistis saw the impiety of the Lord Archon she was filled with anger. Acting in her invisible form, she spoke in this way: “You are mistaken, blind one – false deity who cannot see. There is an immortal luminous child, the Anthropos, who came into existence before you and who will appear among your spectral forms (plasmata). This luminous child will trample you in scorn just as a potter’s clay is pounded into a lump. And you will sink away to your proper zone, the abyss, along with those who belong to your legion.
For at the consummation of your work, the entire defect of Archontic illusion exposed in the light of truth will be abolished, and that illusion will be as if it never had been.” — On the Origin of the World, 103.15-30
My dream world has also changed significantly over the past year, the guidance is much clearer, pristine and unadorned and always pertinent to my intention. I regard intel received through my body and senses as primary and thoughts as secondary, so these thoughts had to be telling me something about the heart. Especially as matters of the heart had come up in so many ways on our retreat.
Conventional medical science would have you believe that somehow, through some unexplained magical means, that this fist-sized organ is a meat-pump that uses pressure to pump your blood, 60-70 times a minute through 60,000 miles of blood vessels. If the heart was strong enough to squeeze large red blood cells through tiny capillaries, your blood pressure would be so high that you would explode! Blood moves through the blood vessels, in a manner similar to water moving through xylem tubes in trees. The capillaries are hydrophilic tubes that attract the negatively charged water in the blood, changing it into a gel-like honey-comb lattice structure on containing the rest of the positively charged blood and water within an inner tube. The action of repelling and attraction between the differently charged fluids creates flow, which is continually fueled by infrared radiation from the sun, the electromagnetic field of the earth and all other living creatures.
The unique shape of the heart causes the blood to form into two vortices. Blood is sucked into the heart via the right atrium where it’s forced into a clockwise spiral and then vortexes around itself, finally emerging from the left ventricle in the opposite, counter-clockwise direction. Suction and expulsion are the generative forces of the universe, faithfully demonstrated in the heart. These vortices create the electromagnetic energy field that can be measured around the heart and up to several metres away.
The electrical output of the human heart is said to be 60 times greater than that of the brain and the magnetic output 600 times greater. However, an “electromagnetic field” is just another name for the mysterious ether referred to be Steiner and others; it is simply the electrical resonance of all living things, from ants to Aeons and everything in between. The terms electromagnetic, electrical and magnetic are a reflection of direction, scale and intensity and only appear different due to the specific calibration of our senses and the illusion of difference created by various measuring instruments. This shape causes ‘the etherization of the blood,’ which means that it is spiraled into a vortex that generates coherent energy – the same double helix vortex that generates DNA and galaxies and even the heart itself. Living and moving sacred geometry endlessly recreating itself.
By current estimation there are around 30 trillion cells in the human body and every cell acts as a generator, due to the natural action of charged water within the blood. This is potentially the ultimate, decentralized perpetual motion machine within the body. But what about all that energy generated by the heart itself? Thus far, after decades of research, the finest scientific minds have been able to confirm what every mother, or any other human animal who has ever bonded with another sentient creature knows from experience energy, that the heart has some precognitive ability and that it perceives intuitive and emotional information before the brain. In fact, there are many different types of communication processes in the body, but for so long as the majority of scientists remain cocooned in self-serving ignorance, they are doing this:
Blind men describing an elephantThe heart does not only enable us to connect psychically with each other and other animals, but also with the Great Beast Herself, our Planetary Animal Mother (PAM). If you love the earth and have bonded with Her through a ritual act of intent, you can interact telepathically with Her just as you can any other animal. In the dreaming mind of the Aeon Sophia, the most significant event of Her day has already happened: She has corrected Her mistake and is now guiding Her magical children to live to the fullness of their potential, as if the Archons and their lackies had never existed.
[To emphasize this point: a bat appeared in mid-air in our living room, even though all the windows and doors were closed, just as I read this paragraph out to Dean and a friend who is visiting.]
However, there is more to Her dreaming power than telepathy. The Aeon Sophia lives outside of chronological time. Her experiences occur in ‘dreamtime’ and are arranged by emotional intensity, Her relationships and Her location in the cosmos. You can imagine this by reference to your own dreaming, which is very similar in terms of the experience of time, but much weaker in effect. Humans cannot cause anything to manifest in ordinary consciousness just through dreaming about it; but our dreaming can be a window into what is happening in Her mind and as spur to action. Denial of physical needs and pleasure has the effect of trapping you in linear time; as your cells scream for attention you become enmeshed in temporality and conversely, the more your physical needs and desires are met, the more you notice how your relationship with time changes – you move into ‘free-time’. It feels a lot like tripping.
The Aeon Sophia became lucid in Her dream when She was in the proper position and She had a human witness; up until that point She was setting things up in flashes of lucidity, fed by those who were able to hold Her in memory through the barren millenia of darkness. You are reading this now because you already have a share of the qualities that She needs for human participation in this totally novel event in the life of our galaxy, otherwise you wouldn’t have been born. When I realized this for myself, I experienced the strange sensation of being pulled from the future, physically through my heart, my love of the earth and my lust for life. I suddenly saw how many extraordinary experiences in my life were part of a trajectory that seemed almost pre-determined in leading up to this point. Guided is a better term – learning to follow Her guidance saves a few bruises here and there, especially on the head. It was a great relief to recognize that the Aeon Sophia is actively eliminating the pestilence that plagues our world and that I’m fully equipped and in the right place at the right time to play my part.
There are two streams of participation, destruction and regeneration, or the movement towards entropy and the movement towards syntropy, spiraling waves of energy moving away from the source and those moving towards a receiver. The human heart generates energy that resonates with and amplifies the entropic and syntropic waves. The dominant movement at the moment is towards destruction and the majority of humans on this planet are unconsciously accelerating the entropic wave and a few are consciously engaged in this drive. My location, the western most point of Europe in the magical land of Ophiussa, positions me to work more closely with the syntropic wave, described thus by Luigi Fantappiè:
“In the days just before Christmas 1941, as a consequence of conversations with two colleagues, a physicist and a biologist, I was suddenly projected in a new panorama, which radically changed the vision of science and of the Universe which I had inherited from my teachers, and which I had always considered the strong and certain ground on which to base my scientific investigations. Suddenly I saw the possibility of interpreting a wide range of solutions (the anticipated potentials) of the wave equation which can be considered the fundamental law of the Universe. These solutions had been always rejected as “impossible”, but suddenly they appeared “possible”, and they explained a new category of phenomena which I later named “syntropic”, totally different from the entropic ones, of the mechanical, physical and chemical laws, which obey only the principle of classical causation and the law of entropy. Syntropic phenomena, which are instead represented by those strange solutions of the “anticipated potentials”, should obey two opposite principles of finality (moved by a final cause placed in the future, and not by a cause which is placed in the past) and differentiation, and also non-causable in a laboratory. This last characteristic explains why this type of phenomena has never been reproduced in a laboratory, and its finalistic properties justified the refusal among scientists, who accepted without any doubt the assumption that finalism is a “metaphysical” principle, outside Science and Nature. This assumption obstructed the way to a calm investigation of the real existence of this second type of phenomena; an investigation which I accepted to carry out, even though I felt as if I were falling in a abyss, with incredible consequences and conclusions. It suddenly seemed as if the sky were falling apart, or at least the certainties on which mechanical science had based its assumptions. It appeared to me clear that these “syntropic”, finalistic phenomena which lead to differentiation and could not be reproduced in a laboratory, were real, and existed in nature, as I could recognize them in the living systems. The properties of this new law, opened consequences which were just incredible and which could deeply change the biological, medical, psychological, and social sciences”
Both drives are necessary and unavoidable and victory is inevitable. It’s all about how you want to play.
As a prelude to what is to come, human heart cells have double the DNA of other cells, but it’s purpose is a mystery.
