The More You Love, the Less You Die

On the morning of the,21st July 2026, I got the ‘all clear’ signal that I’ve been waiting for.  (After the Gods, April 22nd 2026.)

It was not what I expected.  Nothing has been as I expected over the past month or so,  The signal, the words, “Yes. You’re all clear now,” came from my beloved husband and soul-mate, who left his body, peacefully at home, on the night of 6th July 2026.  I’m still adjusting to the absence of his physical presence, it will be a while before I find a new routine and rhythm.  There is a new pathway unfolding, but I’m not ready to walk it yet.

We have all heard it said that death isn’t the end; that the soul, the eternal spark, whatever you want to call it continues and, like most things, the words are an expression of hope, until you are in the experience.  After the initial shock wore off, I found that I can still communicate with Dean, exactly as I communicate with animals, whether they have biological form or not, as I’ve communicated with our dog Dexter for over a decade.  As you might imagine, the fact that we can still communicate makes the physical letting go much easier.

This kind of telepathic communication is natural to all of us, it’s how you know that your dog wants to go out or your cat wants his dinner, or to call a friend at a particular moment. It is thought and feeling intertwined, transmitted through the heart-field in the frequencies of love and empathy.  We have just forgotten that this is the universal language that our brains decode with ease.  It’s important to practice, as you never know when you might really need it.

The title of this post, “The More You Love, the Less You Die,” came directly from Dean after he had passed, when I asked him if he had a message for those who knew him, especially those who were attending the Celebration of Life gatherings.

A week after Dean crossed over, our older dog Izzy followed.  That broke me and Bodhi was beside himself;  in less than a year, everyone he loved has gone, except for me and I had nothing to help him through this loss. As I sat lost and numb, looking out the window and not seeing anything, a hornet flew in.  I didn’t really care, but I had to get up to shoo it out as Bodhi was going for it.  When I opened the door, there were 30-40 storks, wheeling above the field behind the barn, close-by then circling higher and higher until the sky swallowed them.

Our house is directly under their flight-path and Dean and I would always stop whatever we were doing to look at them when they flew over, especially at sunset when a group returned to the cedar tree where they nested.  It always uplifted us into a feeling of magic and wonder and my reflexive action was to turn, as if to tell Dean.  Then I crashed into the wall of grief with the loss of something beautiful we would never share again.  In that moment, he pinged me with a sharpness that stopped me in my tracks.  “Was that you? Did you send the hornet, so that I would look out the window at that moment?”  He didn’t say anything. His answer was to wrap me in the shared Love and wonder that was so familiar and yet so unexpected, as I’d thought that I would never know it again.  The feeling was real, it keeps Love alive in me, growing, shaping us into our new relationship.

Love never dies.

When a loved one, whether people or animal leaves their body and crosses into Spirit World, they are stripped of everything but Love.  At the same time, when some one you love dies, you are also shredded.  The first few weeks after the passing are raw and sacred.  You and your loved one are together in a ’portal of regeneration’ in which grief, which is just another expression of love, reconfigures you at all possible levels. It is during this period that I see the world and everyone in it, through Dean’s eyes  Why he was so genuinely unaffected by many of the things that troubled me so. It was natural to him to touch the hearts of people and animals and, whatever the situation, he always found the way to leave everyone a little lighter and less isolated than they were before.

Dean had this gift because he is an avatar.  We recognized him before he died. The alien mind-set has installed in us a lot of misleading information about avatars.  This has generated expectations of a global phenomenon or something on a grandiose scale, so that people are waiting for the ‘second coming’ or a hero on a white horse and they never recognize the avatars who are already here.  What I know about avatars, is that they are souls who have an especially strong resonance with a particular quality or power, which limits their choices in some respects, while enhancing their impact in others.  They show up at times of great change or reset and can be male or female, people or animals.

Our dog Dexter, is an avatar.  He is an ‘experienced’  soul who has had many, many incarnations and has maintained his resonance with his power, the Power of Love, which is also the Power of Regeneration, throughout.  He came to us to ‘wake up’ Dean, his soul-brother. Dean was much less experienced than Dexter in this reality, as he has only had six incarnations, three as human, two as birds and one as a dog.  All souls are ageless and immortal, but some have more experience of physical reality than others.  By my count, there are currently around 4,500 avatars here in human form and many more as animals.  They are not world leaders, some might be teachers, but they don’t have high profiles in any field; they appear as ordinary ‘folk’ with profound qualities that are recognized by those around then and enable them to shift reality in subtle ways by just being themselves.  Look closely, you probably already know one, you might even be one.

What tends to happen when you receive this kind of information, is that you match it to your acquired knowledge bank in your memory.  There might well be some Truth there, but the matching process takes you into the mental energy field.  It is within the mental energy field that we continue to generate the matrix construct.  The key with any ‘information’ is neither to accept nor deny it, but immediately take your awareness directly to your heart-field.  If it is true, you will feel some kind of expansion or opening and awareness itself will guide you from there.  This is where you find your ‘soul-mission’, if you haven’t already.

Dean completed his soul-mission on all levels before he died, but it was very difficult and took all is strength.  The main reason for the difficulties was the damage done to him by the medical industry, especially the radiotherapy he had in 2005 for his so-called cancer of the parotid gland.  The German New Medicine view of parotid gland issues is that they are linked to an emotional trauma described as a ‘bite conflict’ which is the inability to swallow or assimilate something.  He was bullied into surgery and radiotherapy and went along with it because, like so many invasive treatments, we didn’t know what the long-term consequences would be, we didn’t believe the doctors could be so ill-informed and, most importantly, we didn’t know what else to do.  Dexter was with us at the time, but I was too stuck in matrix-thinking to know who he was until after the damage was done.

The radiation caused Dean to lose much of his his soul-connection and it took us years to discover the problem and restore the connections.  Meanwhile, the radiation continued to interfere at the interface between the Earth energies. his subtle body and his nervous system, causing pain and inflammation in his neck.  This was all sent into over-drive by Covid and the lockdowns, when it became impossible to connect with people. By this time we knew a lot more about the medical industry, the virus scam, all the nefarious agendas and control-systems and we did not engage with any of them.  We also witnessed the damage to Love itself, to community, to Truth and heart-felt connection – the inability of the Earth to assimilate the ongoing assaults, generation after generation.

One of the things I find really hard to deal with is that everyone around here thinks Dean died of cancer.  They know he refused to go to the doctors and they respect his decision, but they also think it led to his death, that the doctors could have ‘saved’ him.  They are also all jabbed and know that we are not and that all my skills and experience in natural healing and energy work did not save him.  Pride? Ego? They are kind people and have rallied around to support me in many ways, over the past few weeks.  I know I have to let this go.  Dean always told me, “It doesn’t matter what people think.”  I used to say, “Yes, but I hear their thoughts, I know they are hurting and that I can help.” He always responded, “You are not responsible for anyone else’s well-being.”  So true, and yet…..there was never space for the soul in these interactions and I felt shut-out and shut-down.  I’m starting to see an opening here, little observations and questions. The ‘waking up’ just got a booster.

What wakes up in people is Supreme Awareness, that’s what Dean and I decided to call it.  It woke up in Dean on the 16th July 2025, the day before we went to collect Bodhi.  It brought a sudden shift of perspective for Dean and caused him to rear-end a post in the petrol station.  We had to drive the 100km on the motorway with a broken tail-light, that had me worried, but Dean had already begun to develop an almost supernatural detachment to these kinds of challenges.  Supreme Awareness gave him more soul-level choices.  He knew that he would be far more effective in helping me with my soul-mission and everyone else he is connected with and Love itself, in spirit form.  He actually prefers to be in Spirit World. The signs were all there and by unspoken agreement we prepared ourselves spiritually and emotionally, while we committed everything to his physical recovery.

Supreme Awareness reveals a lot of things that were ‘hidden behind the veil.’  Some of them are wondrous and others terrifying.  We came under attack here from an alien entity on the 20th June.  It drained all our batteries and prevented the inverters from working.  For a week I had power for one or two hours a day, no water, no internet, no phones.  The generator wouldn’t start, the handle fell off the brush cutter, the tyre on my wheelbarrow got slashed, the bolt came off the chicken gate, birds came down the chimney.  Dean was delirious as it was after his soul and I couldn’t call anyone.  Eventually, a friend showed up and helped me get the power back and I was able to call for help with the entity.  It had come through the Nunki Portal, which has now been recalibrated.  I felt that this entity drained Dean, but he said it made no difference to the outcome.

There are still demons  and egregores here and ongoing efforts to ‘feed’ them, but our souls can never be stolen.  They can be enslaved, deceived, trapped, but they are not a ‘transferable commodity’ – another ignorant alien lie.  If a run of ‘bad luck’ hits you and something seems really off about it, it is likely an attack.  I’m mentioning this now as we are connected and you can call on Dexter or Dean, who is now called Thom, for help.

Supreme Awareness shows you your soul family.  They are always here with us but usually beyond our ordinary perception.  During his last few weeks, Dean was seeing groups of people here and asking me who they were.  Izzy saw them too just before she passed. He was sometimes confused and didn’t know where he was, at other times perfectly lucid.  This is labeled as dementia in older people.  I’m not saying that there isn’t a diseased expression of memory loss and confusion, but there is also the change in perception that occurs when the Supreme Awareness wakes up in you.  Everything that was generated in matrix-thinking falls away and it can be confusing, memory, balance and the language centres are especially affected. It does shift into a higher level of lucidity and detachment, that includes full sensory awareness, when supported with acceptance and love.  I saw this in our dog Tulku, in one of our chickens who experienced her soul-self as a duck and in Dean.  I’m anticipating that this will become more common and more widely accepted as ‘real.´

In one conversation with Dean, he asked me if a man called Tom had visited.  I said, “No, I don’t think so.  If he has, I didn’t see him.”  He said that he kept glimpsing him out of the corner of his eye, but when he looked for him directly he wasn’t there.  I almost forgot the conversation.

Two days after Dean crossed over he told me that his name wasn’t Dean anymore.  I asked him what it was and he didn’t answer.  “Well, I’m not going to guess,” I said.  “You’re going to have to find a way to tell me directly.”  The next day, I was walking Bodhi and I had the urge to connect with Dean and suddenly I knew, “It’s Tom, isn’t it?”  A flood of communication followed.  In our first life together, Dean and I were white-tailed eagles on the River Om in Siberia.  The River Om is a tributary of the River Thomsk.  Dean’s last name was Thompson, he is literally the ‘Son of the River Thomsk.”  He could not remember that life when he was embodied, even though we talked about it for years.  Now, he’s filling me in on some of the gaps, like why he abandoned me when we were eagles.

Now we know that eagles don’t just mate for life, we mate for eternity.  Love brought him back to me and we will never be separated again. When I’m done here, I’ll happily join him in Spirit World,

Meanwhile, back to the ‘all clear’.  For as long as I can remember, I’ve encountered predatory entities and imposters, in people and as disembodied energetic disturbances.  I don’t talk about it much, I’m not in the least bit paranoid, but I felt hunted and I thought it would never end.  The morning of the ‘all clear’, Bodhi and I were just about to walk into the woods when he stopped and stared, listening.  I waited, watched him and listened too.  There was a heavy breathing and a snuffling in the woods.  I knew it was a wild boar. And it was very close, maybe 6ft away  We waited. Previously, Bodhi would have chased it, which is a bit of fun to him, but dangerous.  Freya got badly gored by a boar years ago.  After a good five minutes, we couldn’t hear him anymore and I asked Thom if it was safe to go into the woods.  His response, “Yes. You’re all clear now,” was not just about the boar.  For the first time ever, I can let down my guard.

Magnificent. Not just your article, but the fact that you can articulate with such profound sensibilty in the wake (no pun intended) of Dean stalking off into the whimsical realms of Major Tom. We can sense his warm presence through you, which is a delighful privilege. All we need do is to hum ‘Om’ to reconnect. Eagles are scarce in this neck of the woods (Black Sea area, Bulgaria) but the buzzards have been swooping down and around in flurries of activity hereabouts. About time too.

    You are much loved.

Thank you John. It was cathartic. I just went for a dip in the river and for the first time, I crossed to the other side. There’s no reason to cross the river, it’s the same as this side, woods and fields, but it felt hugely symbolic. As I sat thee for a bit, watching the dragonflies, a sparrow hawk flew down the river, Thom’s other bird.

Crossing the river for the first time, eh? Very symbolic – transition and fulfilment, new beginnings and divine promise.

Oh, and the rear tail ‘light’ at the petrol (= ‘essence’, in French) station, signifying that the ‘past’ no longer holds the light or casts a shadow on your mutual ‘present’. ‘The signs were all there’. Furthermore, ‘dementia’ refers to a state in which the driver (soul) is already in the process of leaving their vehicle (physical body). The motor is still turning (over?), but the driver (or rather the voyager) has popped out (to buy a snack, some cigarettes, or maybe even a ‘light’) in preparation for their next voyage.

Interestingly enough, a wild boar is named ‘sang_lier’ in French ,- linked by blood or hereditary ‘blood-line’…

Thank you for sharing your story, we are honored to be a part of it through listening. Your description of aspects of the “afterlife” have encouraged me more than absolutely anything I have ever read or heard. Thank you so much for allowing such beauty to come through your grief. My heart & prayers are with you. Blessings to you, Thom, and all your animal loves.

Thank you for your message Kimberly. I often wonder whether I’m posting into a void and to hear that you have listened and are encouraged, gives me strength. Much love to you.

This post brought deep emotion to me. i have followed you for the last few years and have always been very moved by your writing. i once asked you ( and you responded) if you knew of Oracle Girl. There is a common thread of how you and OG see the world. How deep you go into things is so powerful. My beloved son has experienced the death of his best friend since they were 7 years old. They are 39 now. The pain of this loss for my sonhas been so overwheming. I have found in this writing a clarity i might share with my son through you, Dean( Thom). Thank you for your very amazing posts. They are few and far between it seems but oh what a treasure they are. I have lost family in my early years and this will help me too for what is yet to come.
    Love to you

Thank you Den. I stopped listening to OG a few years ago, as I found something lacking that I needed to explore within myself. It’s taken me a while to work this through and I think it’s the alien perspective that comes through the Buddhists, that cannot recognise the immortal soul. I’ve had to get very clear on this. Dean and I stripped away everything superfluous, no internet except for necessary transactions and communication, no social activity, no travel, no music – it sounds draconian, but it felt good to go deep, to find ourselves, each other, our connections with the animals and the land until our ‘soul selves’ began to flow through. We don’t lose the connection with our loved ones when they leave their bodies, they remember us as we do them, they can still see us, although they see our energy bodies rather than our physical ones. Grief pulls us into giving our attention to what we’ve lost and that takes us into an emotional turmoil, but it’s only part of the love. The heart-soul connection is still strong and will get stronger as we tune into the love that flowed through the relationship, then as now. Your son’s friend wants to reach him this way, he can trust the little pings and insights that show up as part of this new way of continuing the friendship. It’s how we bring the spiritual and physical worlds back into their proper relationship and foundational for what is yet to come. Love always.
